UN Implicitly Recognizes Palestinian Statehood.

The UN General Assembly has voted to upgrade Palestinians’ diplomatic status to a “non-member observer state,” thus implicitly recognizing a Palestinian state. This comes despite strong opposition from the US and Israel.

The Palestinian bid has been upheld with 138 votes in favor, 9 against and 41 abstentions.

Addressing the General Assembly on Thursday Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said the historic vote was the last chance to save the two-state solution. He also told the meeting that it “is being asked today to issue the birth certificate of Palestine.”

In his speech Abbas mentioned Israel’s deadly assault on Gaza that took place this month and stressed that the Palestinians would accept "no less than the independence of the state of Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital."

The Israeli government has described Abbas’s speech, which was met with a standing ovation at the General Assembly, as “defamatory and venomous.”"The world watched a defamatory and venomous speech that was full of mendacious propaganda against the IDF (army) and the citizens of Israel," the Israeli PM’s office said in a statement.

Israeli UN ambassador, Ron Prosor, warned the General Assembly that “the Palestinians are turning their backs on peace.''

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged the parties to renew their commitment to negotiating a peace deal.

However the US Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice said the UN's vote on the Palestinians’ status places further obstacles in the path of peace. "Today's grand pronouncements will soon fade and the Palestinian people will wake up tomorrow and find that little has changed," she told the assembly with a somber voice. "This resolution does not establish that Palestine is a state."

The vote could be seen as an embarrassing defeat for Washington, which has always been a staunch ally of Israel.

UN move to upgrade Palestinians’ diplomatic status is a strong gesture of support to the Palestinians which could help end the stalemate in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Russia’s UN Ambassador Vitaly Churkin told RT.

“We think it’s very important to make sure that it can be used as a stepping stone for restarting the negotiations between the Israelis and the Palestinians.” 

The international community is fed up with the conflict, he said. “Countries in the United Nations believe that dramatic steps need to be taken in order to have this conflict resolved.”

The Palestinian bid to join the global body as a full member state failed in 2011 due to lack of support at the UN Security Council. To get the “non-member observer state” status, the Palestinians only needed a simple majority at the 193-member General Assembly, such status is already held by the Vatican.

Among many other nations the Palestinian bid for an upgraded diplomatic status was backed by a number of EU states, including France, Spain, Denmark, Portugal and Austria.

The bid had overwhelming support from developing nations.

The nations who voted against the upgrade of Palestinian status were the United States, Israel, Canada, the Czech Republic and Panama. The notion of Palestinian statehood was also objected to by several Pacific island nations, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru and Palau.

The Palestine Liberation Organization, the umbrella group of various Palestinian factions, had previously had only “permanent observer” status at the UN.

The new status now grants the Palestinians more weight in peace talks with Israel and gives it a greater chance of joining UN agencies and the International Criminal Court (ICC). Joining the ICC would give the Palestinians greater legal basis for pursuing possible war-crimes prosecutions against the Israeli military.
However despite the support, the French Foreign Minister has warned Palestinians against pursuing Israel in the International Criminal Court, calling such a move “counter-productive.”

Following the announcement, Palestinians erupted in celebrations, hugging each other, waving flags and setting off fireworks. A crowd of at least 2,000 poured onto a square in the West Bank city of Ramallah. Joyful crowds also gathered in the isolated Gaza Strip, which was the scene of recent fighting between Palestinians and the Israeli Defense Force.

“It's a great feeling to have a state, even if in name only,” a civil servant Mohammed Srour told AP in Ramallah. “The most beautiful dream of any man is to have an independent state, particularly for us Palestinians who have lived under occupation for a long time.''

Cop Cars To Be Replaced With Drones By 2025

Law enforcement agencies across the US are lining up to be among the first to use drones to serve and protect, but unmanned vehicles are likely to replace the traditional cop cruiser in just a few short years.

In places like California, Texas and Washington State, police officers in recent weeks have intensified their demands for surveillance drones, a necessary addition they say to their arsenal of tools to help thwart crime. The Federal Aviation Administration has yet to finalize plans to put drones in US airspace, but by the end of the decade as many as 30,000 UAVs are expected to be soaring through the sky.

By 2025, those drones are predicted to take the place of the police patrol car as unmanned vehicles operated by cops are being considered a likely inclusion on our roads of tomorrow.

Leading up to this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show, carmakers were asked to put together prototypes showing what they envision highway patrol vehicles to look like in the year 2025. The entries, from big manufacturers like BWM and Honda, are largely based on the still primitive drone technology that is used in military and surveillance missions overseas.

The car show’s organizers asked designers to develop a vehicle that “should empower highway patrol officers to meet new demands and effectively both ‘protect and serve’ the public while considering not just enforcement needs but emission concerns, population growth and transportation infrastructure.”

According to the New York Times, drone devices are far and away the popular choice.
“By coincidence or destiny, designers at several companies came up with concepts for robotic, autonomously driven vehicles on ground, water and air. These future police cruisers — usually presented as story boards rather than actual vehicles — recall today’s Predator and Global Hawk drones, stars of the anti-insurgency efforts. They may give new meaning to those signs that read ‘Speed limit enforced by aircraft,’” writes the Times’ Phil Patton.

In the prototype unveiled by BMW, a larger “ePatrol” vehicle is equipped with up to three individual drones that can be deployed to follow suspected criminals in high-speed chases across busy highways. Once one of the smaller can catch up with a targeted car, those individual drones would then be able to send an impulse to startle the driver. One of those smaller drones would be able to fly on its own, and the other two unmanned vehicles could roll on two wheels through busy roads.

At Honda, designers there envision a similar concept: a large all-electric patrol car that could dispatch at the drop of a hat unmanned motorcycles to catch up with criminals and maintain coverage at high speeds for long distances.

In addition to the BMW E-Patrol (Human-Drone Pursuit Vehicle) and Honda’s CHP Drone Squad, Subaru also sent into the car show designs for the SHARC, or Subaru Highway Automated Response Concept. PSFK online describes it as “an autonomous, zero-emission patrol vehicle” meant to “augment reduced highway patrol budgets by providing remote 3D video to officers who can control the vehicle via goggles and voice command.”

The winner of this year’s design challenge will be announced November 29 in Los Angeles.

Painting Depicts Obama as Crucified Jesus Christ.

A painting that depicts President Barack Obama as a crucified Jesus Christ is prominently on display at a Boston community college art gallery.

Michael D’Antuono, who painted Obama with his arms outstretched on a cross with a crown of thorns on his head, said he actually painted the picture four years ago. The painting was supposed to debut then in New York but the event was canceled due to public outrage.

“The crucifixion of the president was meant metaphorically,” D’Antuono told Fox News. “My intent was not to compare him to Jesus.”

D’Antuono said the conservative media is trying to “promote the idea that liberals believe the president to literally be our savior” and has received e-mail messages that have been “anything but Christian-like.”

“But I accepted that it is their right to express themselves and hope that they now see it in their hearts to afford me the same right,” D’Antuono said, nothing that he had regretted canceling the event four years ago because “we should celebrate the fact that we live in a country where we are given the freedom to express ourselves.”

The painting, which is called “Truth,” is on display at the Bunker Hill Community College Art Gallery until Dec. 15th and is a part of the “Artists on the Stump -- the Road to the White House 2012” exhibit.

Confirmed: US Planned To Nuke The Moon.

In a secret project recently discovered, the United States planned to blow up the moon with a nuclear bomb in the 1950s as a display of the country’s strength during the Cold War space race.

The secret project, called “A Study of Lunar Research Flights”, as well as “Project A119” was never carried out but initially intended to intimidate the Soviet Union after their launch of the first artificial satellite, Sputnik 1, which demonstrated their technological power, the Daily Mail reports.

The sight of a magnificent nuclear flash from Earth was meant to terrify the Soviet Union and boost US confidence, physicist Leonard Reiffel, 85, told the Associated Press. The nuclear device would have been launched from a missile from an unknown location. It would have ignited upon impact with the moon, causing a massive explosion that was visible from Earth.

The detonation would have been the result of an atom bomb, since a hydrogen bomb was too heavy for a missile to carry the 238,000 miles to the moon.

Astronomer Carl Sagan was responsible for some of the calculations that could cause the nuclear detonation. Sagan, who later became a famous author of popular science, was a young graduate student at the time. He worked as a NASA advisor from the 1950s onward and died in 1996.

One of Sagan’s biographers claims he may have committed a security breach by revealing the classified project in 1959 in his application for an academic fellowship. Reiffel, who once served as deputy director at NASA and was responsible for the nuclear research at the Armour Research Foundation in 1958, confirmed this claim.

In his interview with AP, which took place in the year 2000, Reiffel said the nuclear detonation could have occurred by 1959, which is when the US Air Force deployed intercontinental ballistic missiles. The project documents were kept secret for nearly 45 years and the US government has never formally confirmed its involvement in the study.

But in the end, the mission was abandoned due to safety concerns about the radioactive material that would contaminate space. The scientists were also worried about the bomb detonating prematurely, thereby endangering the people on Earth.

Rather than blow up the moon, the US continued the space race, sending its first satellite, Explorer 1, into orbit on Jan. 31, 1958. The project was officially canceled by the Air Force in Jan. 1959, and the US instead focused on sending a man to the moon.

Ancient Giants & The Chilean ‘Little’ Alien Discovery.

Author Steve Quayle spoke about a small ‘alien’ found in Chile and also shared his latest research on giants. The remains of a creature, a mere six inches tall, was found in a part of Chile known for petrified trees and mineralization, he reported. It came to his attention through an “exobiologist,” Ramon Navia-Osorio.

Interestingly, Quayle said that there’ve been live sightings of such beings in Colombia, just two months ago– and that an outbreak of illness was associated with their appearance. Similar tiny creatures were drawn by Shoshone and Crow Indians andreports and legends of them span the globe, said Quayle, who theorized that earth changes may have caused such entities and spirits to be loosed upon us.


 On the other end of the spectrum, there is both modern and ancient evidence for giants, with skeletons ranging from 17 to 19 ft. and beyond, Quayle contended. According to Pravda,Professor Ernst Muldashev conducted an expedition to Syria, Lebanon and Egypt and found the graves of giants.Quayle believes that many of the giants were the cannibalistic offspring of the Fallen Angels or Nephilim and that these “fearful and ferocious” beings will be returning.

In esoteric and occult teachings, Giants are real beings who live on spiritual, etheric and physical planes of existence. Giants were a popular theme in theosophical literature, Atlantis, lost continents and later the earth mysteries movement of Britain in the 1970s.

The concept of giants was discussed by the theosophist and occult author Madame Blavatsky who wrote about the existence of giants in her book The Secret Doctrine connecting them to her theory of root races and claiming they correspond with Hindu cycle of the universe. According to theosophists ape-like giants were the third root race who lived on the continent of Lemuria. Theosophists also linked giants to the Atlantean race.

Blavatsky linked the Polynesian peoples as the very earliest survivors as a “sub-race” of the fourth root-race, due to the Polynesian people being “a higher stature than the rest of mankind”.

The German occultist Guido von List was influenced by Blavatsky’s writings on giants and mixed together paganism, mythology, with theosophy which accepted the existence of giants living in different realms based on the first four rounds of the root race theory.

R. A. Schwaller de Lubicz the egyptologist and traditionalist believed that giants had roamed the earth, and that after the fall of Adam, humanity fell into a state of degeneration.

Lewis Spence a writer on mythology was critical of theosophy, however he still accepted the existence of giants. He read and researched english folklore and mythology depicting such giants such as Magog and the British giant Albion. Another writer who was opposed to occultism was the British journalist and author William Comyns Beaumont, like Spence he also accepted the existence of giants based on folklore, mythology, traditions and archeology. Beaumont believed that Britain was the location of Atlantis and that it was occupied by a giant race of Aryans.

New Portable Fingerprint Scanners

Let’s face it.  Times are tough and getting new technology on the street for the troops seems next to impossible.  However, there are times when the status quo is more expensive than the hardware the department is asking for. 

Case in point… MorphoIDent portable fingerprint scanner allows field identification of a suspicious person without taking the officer off the street to bring the individual to a precinct office or jail.  The device has a look similar to the average smart phone and fits in a pocket just as easily.  The Blue Tooth or USB interface allows direct link to AFIS through a patrol officer’s laptop and results can be delivered within seconds.
So how does spending $1,700 per scanner save the department money?  That’s easy…

Consider the lost work time of spending one hour to transport and fingerprint ID a person.  Sure there’s the cost of one hour of the officer’s salary, but add to it the total cost per hour of benefits, HR admin time, and vehicle cost for the trip to the “cop shop”.  That would be the officer’s “loaded rate.”  Now, add the loaded rate for anyone assisting the officer once he gets to HQ.  Intangible costs include the loss of police presence on the street during that time. Now, multiply that number by the total hours your department spends identifying suspicious people per year.

Compare that number with the price of a scanner.  Which one is cheaper?  You tell me.
Instead of a full set of prints, only scans of the two index fingers are taken.  Once a match is made, the suspect’s picture and demographic information are displayed on screen.  The system is robust enough to analyze multiple suspects at the same time (because birds of a feather do flock together).  A vibration alert notifies the officer when the scan is successfully made and results are ready.  The 2.4” VGA screen is designed to be visible outdoors in full daylight.

So, how good is this whiz-bang gizmo?  The manufacturer claims the optical sensor is FBI certified and meets their Fingerprint Acquisition Profile (FAP) 20 specifications.  The MorphoIDent claims a scan resolution of 500 dots per inch (dpi) and a 256 gray scale.  Currently, the King County Sheriff’s Office in the Seattle, Washington area operates 4 units and anticipates delivery of 6 more.

Not everyone is ecstatic about the system.  The American Civil Liberties Union (not exactly a fixture in F.O.P. gatherings) has been expressing concerns that the system might be used to collect and store fingerprint information without probable cause.  However, the system is designed to query the AFIS database, not add to it.  Besides, such databases require a full set of prints instead of the two used by MorphoIDent.

Hamas Interior Minister Boasts of Using Elderly and Children as Human Shields

This clip from Fathi Hamad, the Hamas Interior Minister in Gaza, is a few years old, but all too relevant in this current conflict, as he boasts of Hamas’ willingness and even eagerness to use children and the elderly as human shields.

“For the Palestinian people, death has become an industry, at which women excel, and so do all the people living on this land. The elderly excel at this, and so do the mujahideen and the children. This is why they have formed human shields of the women, the children, the elderly, and the mujahideen, in order to challenge the Zionist bombing machine. It is as if they were saying to the Zionist enemy: ‘We desire death like you desire life.’”

The phrase “Industry of Death” is all too accurate and is an admission of the tactics of Hamas and Fatah. That is what we are seeing on the ground in Gaza.

Human shields does not just refer to a policy of using civilians as cover in firefights, but to deliberately planting civilians, including children, in locations likely to be targeted in order to manufacture atrocities. We will be seeing more and more of that as this conflict progresses.

Iran sends hundreds of Fajr-5 Missiles To Gaza
An Iranian 150-ton freighter departed Bandar Abbas port Sunday, Nov. 18, with a cargo of 220 short-range missiles and 50 improved long-range Fajr-5 rockets for the Gaza Strip, DEBKAfile’s intelligence sources report. The ship turned toward the Bab al-Mandeb Straits and the Red Sea.

The Iranian weapons, called Fajr-5 missiles, give Hamas the ability to strike deeper into Israel than ever before.

The new Fajr-5′s have a 200-kilo warhead, which packs a bigger punch than the 175 kilos of explosives delivered by the rockets in current use with the Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip.  To extend their range to cover the 85 kilometers from Gaza to Tel Aviv, Hamas removed a part of their payloads to make them lighter.

Tehran is sending the fresh supply of disassembled rockets to replenish the stocks its allies, the Palestinian Hamas and Jihad Islami, depleted in their round-the-clock attacks on Israel since Nov. 10.

To throw Israeli surveillance off the trail, the ship started its voyage called Vali-e Asr owned by the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines, and was quickly renamed Cargo Star and hoisted the flag of Tuvalu. This South Pacific island nation, which lies between Hawaii and Australia, has a tiny population of 11,000, most of them Polynesians. Iran provides most of its revenue since earlier this year when Prime Minister Willy Telavi agreed to register Iran’s entire tanker fleet of 22 vessels to Tuvalu, to help Tehran dodge the US-EU oil embargo.

They would unload the missile cargo in a quiet inlet on the Sinai coast. From there, it would be carried to the smuggling tunnels running from Sinai under the border into the Gaza Strip.\

Palestinian teams assisted by Iranian and Hizballah technicians in the Gaza Strip would then assemble the new rockets and make them operational.

Through most of the voyage, two Iranian warships, the Khark heliicopter carrier and Shahid Naqdi destroyer, which are posted permanently in the Red Sea, escorted the arms ship until the cargo changed hands.

DEBKAfile’s Iranian sources also disclose that the Jihad Islami leader Ramadan Abdullah Shelah was sharply remanded by Tehran for meeting Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi in Cairo Sunday to discuss terms for halting Israel’s counter-missile operation in Gaza now in its sixth day.

Iran bankrolls these Palestinian extremists and has no intention of letting Shelah bow to Cairo’s wishes which run counter to Tehran’s plans and interests.

The Illuminati Symbolism of Ke$ha’s “Die Young” and How it Ridicules the Indoctrinated Masses

Ke$ha’s “Die Young” is probably one of the most blatant Illuminati videos ever released. While the symbolism is so overt that it is almost ridiculous, there’s an underlying message to the video: Even if you’re dumb enough to embrace all of that Illuminati brainwash, you’re still not part of the elite and therefore, still subject to “Die Young”.




Ke-dollarsign-ha has never been the most inspirational singer around. She started her career as an alcoholic party girl that’s not too strict about personal hygiene and, for her new album, she turned into some kind of Illuminati witch-type deal. She is far from the only pop star that has gone through this kind of metamorphosis and it was probably pre-planned by her record label. How many singers have gone from an “around-the-way” girl to an Illuminati figurehead? That’s what the industry does.

To the untrained eye this kind of transformation is usually somewhat subtle … Ke$ha’s Die Young is anything but. In fact, it is one giant clusterfreak of Illuminati symbols. It is so obvious and in-your-face that it forced mainstream music sources such as Billboard.com to “admit” that the video was all about Illuminati symbols (see their article entitled Ke$ha Shouts-Out Illuminati in ‘Die Young’ Video). Interestingly enough, not too long ago, these same sites were calling sites like Vigilant Citizen “batshit crazy” for even alluding to the existence of these symbols and describing their meaning. Now these sites say “Yeah, there are Illuminati symbols” in a matter-of-fact way. What happened to the batshit crazy part? However, the mainstream sites still only refer to this concept in an extremely superficial way, not giving any insight on their true meaning and the real Agenda behind it all.

Some might rationalize what is happening by saying: “Ke$ha did it for the LOLs and to make fun of the conspiracies”. This is plausible, but this argument is now surfacing every time a video contains Illuminati symbolism. Are all videos now making fun of conspiracies? In reality, Ke$ha didn’t do anything for any LOLs. She did not write the song (it was written by Lukasz Gottwald, Benjamin Levin, Henry Walter and Nate Ruess) and she did not direct the video. She is just performing what she is told to perform, like most pop stars. The fact of the matter is: Illuminati symbols are becoming more prevalent because that was the plan all along: To gradually make them part of popular culture. The occult elite is revealing itself and the masses are dancing to their tunes.

The real issue at stake is however not the symbols that are flashed on screen, but the underlying messages that are communicated to the viewers. It is about the Agenda – about making specific values and attitudes cool and desirable to young people. It is about promoting the culture of death (i.e. Die Young), about sexualizing everything, about materialism, about a corrupted and debased brand of spirituality and so forth.
As I watch Ke$ha and her bimbos/mimbos fondling themselves like retards, I can’t help but wonder: Is the video making fun of the masses that have been brainwashed by the lifestyle promoted by the elite?  Let’s look at the video.

An Orgy … Of Symbols

The video takes place in Mexico, where Ke$ha and a bunch of whores (sorry, “cult followers”) arrive at a cabin. We quickly realize that the group arriving literally worships death.

As the car door opens, a Skull and Bones symbols flashes, representing the cult of death emanating from this car.

 

Skull and Bones is also the name of Yale’s elite secret society, which includes members such as George Bush Sr., George Dubya and John Kerry.

Is “Evil” written  on the side of the car?

The car is, in fact, a hearse – these big black cars used to carry dead people. So, yeah, there’s definitely some death-worshiping going on here.

When the hearst is opens, we see Ke$ha in a black veil, posing as if she was some sort of sexual religious statue. She is then carried on the shoulders of her gang of mimbos, as in cultures where people carry statues of the Virgin Mary on the streets.

While this is happening, a bunch of symbols are flashed on the screen. Vigilant Citizen readers probably instantly recognized them.

Inverted crosses (a symbol of the Church of Satan) flash about five thousand times during the video. They’re working very hard to make that Satanic crap trendy.

In another scene, Ke$ha and her gang play at pulling tarot cards (to determine who’s the sacrificial lamb of the night?). Ke$ha pulls the “Devil” card and everybody bursts into laughter. So much fun is to be had with Satanic symbols!

Looking at the way Ke$ha’s gang acts, the only word that comes to mind to describe them is “retarded”. What is the first thing they do when they enter the cabin they drove so far to reach? They trash it. I realize that trashing things is a cool, rock star thing to do, but even drunk rock stars know to trash a place when they LEAVE, not when arrive and actually NEED a facility.

“This place is too nice. Let’s destroy it and then have sex on broken furniture. Yeah, we’re idiots”.

After mindlessly wrecking the place, there is one thing left to do: Mindlessly dance to a generic pop song. Of course, the dancing quickly turns into an orgy, all of which happens with a bunch of occult symbols all around.

Ke$ha sits a the throne of the “orgy”, under a pentacle. While this symbol is not associated with Satanism, it is used in occult rituals, hinting that there’s a Sex-Magick aspect behind all of this.

While this is happening, Ke$ha does the one-eye sign, a way of saying that this sex and death worshiping cult that is full of suggestible idiots (representing the masses) is sponsored by the Illuminati industry.

…the video is also apparently also sponsored by the new Windows Phone thingie. Do like Ke-dollarsign-ha and buy it now! She then sends a text message to “Animals”, which is the name given to Ke$ha fans. Animals. Almost as flattering as Little Monsters.

Throughout the video, symbols are flashed on screen, mainly triangles that are either upright or reversed. In esoteric symbolism, upright triangles represent the masculine principle while reverse triangles represent the feminine principle. The combination of both represents the union of opposites and, in more “human” terms, sexual intercourse. So, while people are frolicking in the video, symbols convey the concept of Sex Magick on an almost subconscious level.

In case all of the stuff happening on screen is not enough to make you understand young viewers that sex is happening there, shots of wolves doing it might light a bulb above their heads. Also, is that a way to give a “shout-out” to bestiality – one of the “guilty pleasures” of the sick Illuminati elite?

The orgy goes on until cops arrive and start shooting. When this happens, Ke$ha walks decidedly towards the armed cops.

Even if you’re dumb enough to be brainwashed by Illuminati propaganda (to the point of having an Illuminati symbol right on your ass), you are not exempt from police state oppression. You might be doing what the elite wants you to do, but that doesn’t mean you’re part of it.

 Just making sure you understand who’s sponsoring this video.

Since the song is called Die Young, we are lead to think that Ke$ha is shot and killed by the police. Die Young is therefore yet another video that depicts police state oppression and violence as normal, even cool. The moral of the story? Even if you have been thoroughly brainwashed by Illuminati propaganda and have lived your life according to the debased culture promoted by mass media, you are still a disposable pawn according to the elite. Far from being “enlightened”, these symbols and this way of life are conceived and manufactured by the elite to dumb-down the masses, in order to make them suggestible and manipulable.
The culture of death that is now prevalent in mass media is extremely present in this song. The phrase “We’re gonna die young” is repeated countless times (in a upbeat matter) as if to drill in teenager’s skulls that human life is not valuable. This is right on par with the elite’s depopulation Agenda.

In Conclusion

Readers of this site might be realizing that the symbolism that has been pointed out for years is becoming increasingly prevalent and obvious in mass media. The process is gradual yet very noticeable and the concept of Revelation of the Hierarchy is in full force in the entertainment business. It has been said that the best way of hiding something is in plain sight. The Illuminati symbolism we see in popular culture is becoming so prevalent that it is BECOMING popular culture. While some might claim that “it’s a trend” or that “Ke$ha is making fun of it”, they don’t see the important reversal is happening here: Trends used to come from the streets to then be picked up and reflected by mass media; Nowadays, trends are CREATED by mass media and forced on the world through repetition and omnipresence.
There is however more at stake here than simply the presence of symbols in music videos. There are tons of videos with the same message and symbolism as Die Young – all promoting the same Agenda. Brainwashed by thousands of hours of music videos, young people become like the cult followers in Ke$ha’s video, pushed to live pointless, self-destructive lives based on the gratification of their lowest impulses. Indulging in one’s animalistic instincts has always been considered to be the opposite of reaching spiritual enlightenment – and that’s exactly what the elite wants. If the masses were to gain enough awareness to avoid the traps and pitfalls set up by the system, the virtual enslavement caused by debt and mass-media mind control would crumble.
The way of life “glamorized” by the elite causes people to be lost, devoid of strong values and suggestible to mass-media propaganda. However, in the end, even if they do exactly what is expected from them, the masses are still perceived by the elite as a brainless cattle that needs to be put in its place by a strong police force. As Ke$ha and her fans mindless yell “we’re gonna die young”, thinking they are cool and edgy, they actually unknowingly celebrate their own servitude to a tune created by their rulers. Go Animals!

Google Confirms: ‘Government Surveillance Is On The Rise’

Google report reveals a sharp increase in government requests for private data

The email accounts of Generals David Petraeus and John Allen aren’t the only ones being targeted by the feds. Google has released its bi-annual transparency report and says that the government's demands for personal data is at an all-time high.

Internet giant Google published statistics from their latest analysis of requests from governments around the globe this week, and the findings show that it is hardly just the inboxes of the Pentagon’s top-brass that are being put under the microscope. Details pertaining to nearly 8,000 Google and Gmail accounts have been ordered by Uncle Sam during just the first six months of the year, and figures from the periods before suggest that things aren’t about to get any better for those wishing to protect their privacy.

“This is the sixth time we’ve released this data, and one trend has become clear: Government surveillance is on the rise,” Google acknowledges in a blog post published Tuesday, November 13.
From January through June, the US government filed more than 16,000 requests for user data from Google on as many as 7,969 individual accounts, the report shows.

The Silicon Valley company notes that “The number of requests we receive for user account information as part of criminal investigations has increased year after year,” but says that it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the government that’s ramping up the acceleration into a full-blown surveillance state. According to Google’s take, “The increase isn’t surprising, since each year we offer more products and services, and we have a larger number of users.”

For all of those requests in the US, Google says they complied with the government’s demands 90 percent of the time; but while it seems like a high number, that figure actually constitutes the smallest success rate the feds have had since Google began tracking these numbers in 2010. In a separate report published earlier this year by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the San Francisco-based advocacy group awarded Google high praise for doing more than other industry titans in terms of letting feds force them into handing over information without good reason, citing specifically their efforts — albeit unsuccessfully — in handing over user info to the Justice Department during the start of its ongoing investigation into WikiLeaks.

Of the 20,938 user data request sent from governments around the globe, the United States came in first with the number of demands at 7,969, with India at a distant second with 2,319 requests. The US government’s success rate in terms of getting that information trumps most every other country, however, with full or partial compliance on the part of Google rarely exceeding 70 percent.

Elsewhere in the report, Google says it’s more than just surveillance of individual users that is on the rise. The US has also been adamant with censoring the Web, writing Google five times between January and June to take down YouTube videos critical of government, law enforcement or public officials. In regards to the five pleas to delete seven offending videos, Google says, “We did not remove content in response to these requests.”

The company was more willing to side with authorities in other cases, though, admitting to taking down 1,664 posts from a Google Groups community after a court order asked for the removal of 1,754 on the basis of “a case of continuous defamation against a man and his family.” Google also followed through with around one-third of the requests to remove search results that linked to websites that allegedly defamed organizations and individuals (223 of the 641 pleas) and say “the number of content removal requests we received increased by 46% compared to the previous reporting period.”

According to the report, Google only received one request from the US government to remove a video from YouTube on the grounds of ensuring “national security” but does not disclose the results of that plea. No further information is available in the report as to what the government demanded removed, but in the immediate aftermath of the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi originally blamed by many on an anti-Islamic video clip linked to a California man, Google rejected demands from the US to delete the ‘Innocence of Muslims’ from YouTube.

That isn’t to say that Washington is responsible for the bulk of the demands that end up on the desks of Google’s administrators. The report notes Google has received requests to remove search results that link to sites that host alleged copyright-infringing content more than 8 million times in just the last month, with more than 32,000 websites being singled out by the materials’ respective owners. Taking into account the last year and a half, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) — the largest trade-group representing the US music industry — asked Google to stop linking to roughly 4.5 million URLs that they say hosted illegal content.

Last month, the Supreme Court heard arguments to decide whether or not a case can go forth that will challenge the FISA Amendment Act of 2008, an update to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that allows the government to eavesdrop on emails sent as long as one of the persons involved is suspected of being out of the country. When asked earlier in the year to give an estimate of how many Americans have their electronic communications wiretapped by the National Security Administration, the inspector general of the NSA declined to issue a response, even to members of the Senate Intelligence Committee.

According to statements made by NSA whistleblower Bill Binney at the Hackers On Planet Earth (HOPE) conference in New York this year, the US government is “pulling together all the data about virtually every US citizen in the country and assembling that information, building communities that you have relationships with, and knowledge about you; what your activities are; what you're doing."

Here are the details.

The parents of three-year-old Dillan Warden are in the process of trying to potty train the little tyke. Any parent who has taken on this task knows this is a time-consuming, arduous process that involves teaching the toddler how to recognize when he needs to relieve himself and what to do when that time comes.

That feeling of recognition, so to speak, came for little Dillon as he was playing in his own front yard recently. With no bathroom nearby, he did what he has been taught to do - he pulled down his pants and prepared to relieve himself.

But before he could actually relieve himself, the long arm of the law intervened. Thank goodness; a crime spree stopped dead in its tracks.

Still, just the toddler's attempt was enough to earn the ire of the cop and his mother a $2,500 ticket.

"Dillan pulled down his pants to pee outside, I guess, and the cop pulled up and asked for my license and told me he was going to give me a ticket for public urination," the boy's mother, Ashley Warden, said.

"I said really, he is 3 years old, and he said it doesn't matter," said Dillan's grandmother, Jennifer Warden. "[He said] It is public urination. I said we are on our property and he said it's in public view."

Local news media covering this horrific crime story reported that the family lives on a two-and-a-half acre plot of land, adding that the "street is actually quite rural" in nature.

But the Wardens say the officer, Ken Qualls, who "caught" little Dillan trying to relieve himself parks at the end of their street every day. Not surprisingly, they asked why he does that.

"It's a public street and he wants to, so he can," Jennifer Warden said.

Apparently, this officer's crack police training led him to conclude that, someday, little Dillan would commit the crime of public urination, and he'd be there to stop it, while earning the city a nice tidy fine.

It makes you wonder what other real crimes are going unnoticed - and unpunished - if this is what Piedmont Police officers do with their time on the job.

After getting the ticket, the Wardens filed a complaint with the police department. But the department, local media said, "didn't accept the Wardens' complaint" (we here at Natural News aren't quite sure how a police department doesn't accept a complaint, but we digress).

Either way, now the Wardens have a court date set up for December.

Going to court?

"I am disappointed that the officer thinks... what he needs to do with my tax dollars is sitting and harassing our family," Jennifer Warden said.

It's a legitimate question but one the department doesn't seem amenable to answering.

But hey, at least the officer was polite. Jennifer Warden said he was good enough to write down the cost of the ticket, "as a courtesy," local media said.

Ashley Warden says she's going to fight the ticket - not just because it is outrageous on its face, but because her son did not actually commit the act she was cited for.

Local reports said when the case gets to court, the judge has the authority to just throw it out.
Let's hope there is some sanity left in the local court system.

Update: The latest word is that Qualls amended his complaint to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The department has admitted the incident could have been handled better. No word on a court date.

Another Obama Executive Order Allows Seizure of Americans’ Bank Accounts

The latest executive order (EO) emanating from the White House October 9 now claims the power to freeze all bank accounts and stop any related financial transactions that a “sanctioned person” may own or try to perform — all in the name of “Iran Sanctions.”

Titled an “Executive Order from the President regarding Authorizing the Implementation of Certain Sanctions…” the order says that if an individual is declared by the president, the secretary of state, or the secretary of the treasury to be a “sanctioned person,” he (or she) will be unable to obtain access to his accounts, will be unable to process any loans (or make them), or move them to any other financial institution inside or outside the United States. In other words, his financial resources will have successfully been completely frozen. The EO expands its authority by making him unable to use any third party such as “a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, subgroup or other organization” that might wish to help him or allow him to obtain access to his funds.

And if the individual so “sanctioned” decides that the ruling is unfair, he isn't allowed to sue. In two words, the individual has successfully been robbed blind.

But it’s all very legal. The EO says the president has his “vested authority” to issue it, and then references endless previous EOs, including one dating back to 1995 which declared a “state of emergency” (which hasn’t been lifted): Executive Order 12957.

EO 12957 was issued by President Bill Clinton on March 15, 1995, which was also obliquely related to the Iran “problem”:

I, William J. Clinton, President of the United States of America, find that the actions and policies of the Government of Iran to constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

Clinton’s EO further delegated such powers as were necessary to enforce the EO to the secretaries of the treasury and state “to employ all powers … as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government.”

Such EOs are the perfect embodiment of what the Founders feared the most: the combining of the legislative, executive, and judicial functions into one body. Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution says: “All legislative powers herein shall be vested in a Congress of the United States.” As Thomas Eddlem, writing for The New American, expressed it, “then it stands to reason [that] none is left for the president.”

But Joe Wolverton, also in The New American, pointed out the particular piece of language the Founders used to limit the powers of the president which totalitarians have twisted to allow such powers to expand: the “take care” clause, to wit: Article II, Section 3: he [the president] shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed…

With every EO, the president avoids the cumbersome constitutional safeguards spelled out by the Constitution, and uses them to implement policies he "knows" are right. Says Wolverton: "With every one of these … executive orders, then, the president elevates his mind and will above that of the people, Congress and the courts."

The current administration has had a lot of help in justifying and codifying the legitimacy of executive orders, going all the way back to President George Washington who in 1793 issued his “Neutrality Proclamation,” which declared that the United States would remain neutral in the current conflict between France and Great Britain, and would bring sanctions against any American citizen who attempted to provide assistance to either party. The language of Washington is eerily similar to that used by President Obama in the present case:

I have therefore thought fit by these presents to declare the disposition of the United States to observe the conduct aforesaid toward those powers respectively, and to exhort and warn the citizens of the United States carefully to avoid all acts and proceedings whatsoever which may in any manner tend to contravene such disposition…

I have given instructions to those officers to whom it belongs to cause prosecutions to be instituted against all persons who shall, within the cognizance of the courts of the United States, violate the law of nations with respect to the powers at war, or any of them.

When James Madison protested Washington’s usurpation of powers not intended for the president, Congress acquiesced and passed, retroactively, the Neutrality Act of 1794, validating Washington’s usurpation.

President Lincoln engaged in similar usurpations, using presidential “directives” to run the early months of the Civil War, presenting Congress with, as Todd Gaziano put it,

the decision either to adopt his [directives] as legislation or to cut off support for the Union army.

Within his first two months in office, on April 15, 1861, Lincoln issued a proclamation activating troops to defeat the Southern rebellion and for Congress to convene on July 4.

He also issued proclamations to procure warships and to expand the size of the military; in both cases, the proclamations provided for payment to be advanced from the Treasury without congressional approval.

These latter actions were probably unconstitutional, but Congress acquiesced in the face of wartime contingencies, and the matters were never challenged in court.

President Franklin Roosevelt often overlooked the niceties of constitutional restraints as well. As Gaziano expressed it, “FDR also showed a tendency to abuse his executive order authority and [to] claim powers that were not conferred on him in the Constitution or by statute.”

As far as numbers of executive orders issued, Obama is a piker. At the moment, although the list is growing, his administration has issued 138 executive orders. President Theodore Roosevelt issued 1,006 while President Woodrow Wilson issued 1,791. Even President Calvin Coolidge used the EO “privilege” 1,253 times.
The granddaddy of them all, FDR, issued an astounding 3,728 executive orders, but of course he was in office longer than Obama.
President Bill Clinton issued only 364 executive orders, but he made the most of them, using this extra-legal power to, among other things, wage war in Yugoslavia without congressional approval. Cliff Kincaid collated the numerous EOs issued by Clinton in 1998 and 1999, and concluded:

Clinton waged his war on Yugoslavia through executive order and presidential directive. Clinton used executive orders to designate a "war zone," call up troops, proclaim a "national emergency" with respect to Yugoslavia, and impose economic sanctions on the Belgrade government.

Clinton claimed war-making presidential authority through his "constitutional authority" to conduct "foreign relations," as "Commander in Chief" and as "Chief Executive." Under this self-designated authority, Clinton delegated command-and-control of U.S. forces to NATO and its Secretary-General Javier Solana, who decided when the air war would be discontinued…

The most outrageous executive order of all time was that issued by President Roosevelt that allowed the enforced internment of 120,000 Japanese-Americans: 9066.

Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) called EOs patently unconstitutional. When asked about them by Fox News’ Megan Kelly, Paul responded:

The Constitution says that only Congress passes laws. The executive branch is not allowed to pass laws, nor should the judicial system pass laws. So it is clearly unconstitutional to issue these executive orders.

They’ve been done for a long time, both parties have done it, but the Congress is careless. They allow and encourage and do these deals … to get the president to circumvent the Congress. If something’s unpopular and he can’t get it passed, well, let’s just sign an executive order. So I think that is blatantly wrong. I think this defies everything the founders intended. I think it’s a shame that Congress does it, and I think it’s a shame that the American people put up with it.
